Support & Data Deletion

For gameplay support, include your platform, app version, device model, approximate time of the issue, and screenshots if available.

For data deletion, include the same details plus your local player/device ID if the app exposes one. We will use this to locate app analytics, push, purchase, and support records where available.

Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or secret keys. Store purchases should be handled through the relevant App Store or Google Play account flow.
